1. Agreement to Terms

By accesssing and using the SelfDrive4U website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from SelfDrive4U, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid, original driving license.
• Provide valid identity proof (Passport, Aadhar, etc.).
• Not have any prior bans from our platform.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Users must pay the full rental amount and any applicable security deposit before the start of the trip.

4. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle must only be driven by the registered user with a valid license.
• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or commercial transportation of goods.
• Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles unless otherwise specified.
• Users are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability

While our vehicles are insured, users are liable for the "Self-Insured Retention" amount in case of an accident. In cases of negligence, drunken driving, or violation of traffic laws, the user will be 100% liable for all damages.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee as specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases of multiple traffic violations or misuse of our vehicles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
