Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Timelines

• More than 24 hours before trip: Full refund (minus a small processing fee).
• Between 12 to 24 hours before trip: 50% refund of the rental amount.
• Less than 12 hours before trip: No refund.

2. Security Deposit

The security deposit is fully refundable within 48-72 hours after the vehicle is returned in good condition and all inspections are completed.

3. Refund Processing

Once initiated, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Early Return

No refunds will be provided if the vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled return time.

5. Extensions

Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the standard daily rate. Failure to return the vehicle on time without approval may incur late return penalties.

6. Unusual Circumstances

In case of a vehicle breakdown or issues from our side, we will provide a replacement vehicle or a full refund for the remaining duration.
